We develop and supply customer-specific mechatronic drives for all your machines’ adjustment axes. We are specialists in automatic format changeover for machines and plants. We supplied the first mechatronic drives way back in 1996 and have been continuously developing our expertise and our products ever since. We create a unique solution for you based on either our existing modular systems, which already offer a wide range of possibilities, or a custom-made product according to your specific requirements. Our positioning systems are used in machines and plants and provide excellent support for automation. Your customers expect you to supply highly flexible machines with minimal retooling times. Format changes should be performed automatically and as quickly as possible. The positioning systems required for this should be reliable and fit the application precisely. In addition, your customers expect optimum machine availability with minimum downtimes. Our positioning systems feature condition monitoring systems that support you in achieving this goal.
However, flexibility and fast retooling times are not the only important factor in the success of production operations. Our comprehensive range of modules for positioning systems allows you to adapt both the bus communication and IP protection class to specific customer wishes – without revisions to the machine design.
By the way: For our positioning systems with IO-Link, we have developed the smart PSxHub, which offers an efficient solution for integrated synchronisation monitoring and control for up to 16 positioning systems, among other things.
